Tastiera MIDI M-Audio Oxygen 61 MKV – controller USB 61 tasti con 16 pad, 8 manopole, display, pitch bend (nero)

The M-AUDIO Oxygen 61 (MKV) is a 61-key USB MIDI controller designed for software-based music production and live performance. It provides velocity-sensitive keys, 8 velocity-sensitive performance pads (with two banks), 8 assignable knobs and 9 assignable faders, plus a 3-digit display and transport controls. The keyboard includes Smart Chord and Smart Scale functions, a built-in arpeggiator with Type, Octave, Gate and Swing controls, Note Repeat, and automatic DAW mapping for major DAWs. The Oxygen 61 (MKV) is bus-powered via USB and ships with a software bundle that typically includes Ableton Live Lite, MPC Beats, Hybrid 3 and Mini Grand virtual instruments, and Melodics lessons.

Advantages

The Oxygen 61 (MKV) combines a full-size 61-note keybed with hands-on control elements—pads, knobs and faders—allowing precise control of virtual instruments and mixer functions. Smart Chord and Smart Scale simplify harmonic performance by enabling single-key chord playing and scale-limited keybeds. The built-in arpeggiator and Note Repeat add rhythmic and melodic variation without additional software setup. Auto-mapping streamlines integration with major DAWs for immediate control of transport, track parameters and plugin mappings.

How to use

Connect the Oxygen 61 (MKV) to your computer via the supplied USB cable; the unit is bus-powered and does not require an external power supply. Install or authorize the bundled software following the included instructions. Select your DAW preset from the controller’s settings to enable auto-mapping, then configure your DAW’s MIDI/Control Surface preferences to accept the Oxygen controller. Use the assignable knobs and faders to control plugin parameters and mixer channels, switch pad banks to access additional samples or beats, and enable Smart Chord or Smart Scale to simplify performance. Use the arpeggiator and Note Repeat in Momentary or Latch mode to create rhythmic patterns while you play.

Recommendations

For stable DAW integration, choose the matching DAW preset on the Oxygen 61 (MKV) before toggling plugin control. When performing, consider using Latch mode for arpeggiator or Note Repeat to free your hands, and use Smart Scale to avoid wrong notes during live playing. Keep firmware and bundled software up to date to ensure best compatibility.
