Hypertec 127699-HY Cavo HDMI 5 m HDMI Type-A (standard) nero

The Tecline 127699 HDMI cable is a 5 m HDMI Type A to Type A lead designed for connecting displays, TVs, projectors and AV receivers. It supports HDMI 2.0 features for high-quality video and audio transmission and includes gold-plated contacts to improve signal contact and resist corrosion. The cable is finished in black and is intended for reliable, everyday use where a longer reach is required between source and display.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a 5 m reach that simplifies equipment placement without intermediate converters. Gold-plated contacts enhance contact reliability and reduce oxidation over time. Support for HDMI 2.0 ensures compatibility with contemporary devices and higher bandwidth signals, and the standard HDMI Type A connectors on both ends maintain universal compatibility with most TVs, monitors and AV equipment. The black finish offers a neutral, low-visibility appearance for home and office installations.

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device (such as a media player, console or PC) and the other plug to the HDMI input on the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure the connectors are inserted fully and securely. Configure the source and display settings as required for resolution and audio output. For best results, avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from high-interference power cables.

Recommendations

For consistent signal quality over the 5 m length, use the cable without additional passive adapters. When installing permanently, allow gentle bends with a radius larger than the cable thickness and avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines to reduce potential interference. If the connected devices support specific HDMI 2.0 features (such as higher resolutions or refresh rates), verify device settings to enable them.
