How to use

Place the grill on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug into a suitable mains outlet. Use the touch control panel to switch the unit on and select the desired temperature using the adjustable thermostat. Preheat until the indicator shows the grill is ready, then position food on the grate surface. Close the lid gently to create contact grilling; cooking time depends on the food type and thickness. When cooking is complete, open the lid, remove food with suitable utensils, and switch the unit off. Allow the grill to cool before cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For even results, preheat the grill fully and avoid overcrowding the cooking surface. Use utensils that do not scratch the grate surface, and clean excess grease from the drip area after each use. For sandwiches, apply light pressure with the lid for uniform toasting; for thicker cuts, check internal temperature to ensure thorough cooking.
