Teglia ovale mini da forno e gratinate Staub 250 ml grafite

The Oval mini baking and casserole dish Staub 250 ml Graphite is a compact, oven-ready vessel designed for single servings and small side dishes. Its 250 ml capacity and oval shape make it suitable for individual gratins, au gratin potatoes, crème brûlée, and portioned casseroles. The graphite enamel finish provides a neutral appearance that transitions from oven to table, and the enameled interior is built for even heat distribution and straightforward cleaning.

Advantages

This mini baking and casserole dish delivers consistent heating across the cooking surface thanks to its thick-walled construction and enamel coating, which helps reduce hotspots and promote even browning. The durable enameled surface resists staining and prevents reactive contact with acidic ingredients, while the compact size reduces cooking and reheating time for small portions. Its oven-safe design and neutral graphite finish allow direct serving from oven to table, minimizing the need for additional servingware.

Suitable for

• Individual gratins and au gratin dishes
• Single-serving casseroles and baked desserts
• Side dishes and vegetable bakes
• Portioned appetizers or warm dips
• Reheating small portions in the oven

Key specifications

• Capacity: 250 ml
• Shape: Oval
• Finish: Graphite enamel
• Material characteristics: Enameled surface for even heat distribution and easy cleaning
• Intended use: Oven cooking and table serving

How to use

Preheat the oven to the required temperature before placing the dish inside. Prepare ingredients in the oval dish, taking into account its 250 ml capacity to avoid overfilling. Place the dish on a baking tray if removing from the oven or transferring to a table to protect surfaces and facilitate handling. After use, allow the dish to cool before washing; the enameled interior can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, such as transferring directly from freezer to a hot oven, to maintain enamel integrity.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the enameled finish, avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface and use silicone, wood, or heat-resistant nylon tools. For best results with gratins and baked desserts, preheat the baking surface and monitor browning in the final minutes of cooking to achieve an even, golden top.
