Telecamera di videosorveglianza Hikvision DS-2CD2183G2-LIS2U(2.8mm)(NERO)

The Surveillance Camera Hikvision DS-2CD2183G2-LIS2U(2.8mm)(BLACK) is an 8MP IP camera designed for reliable video monitoring in indoor and outdoor environments. It features a 2.8mm wide-angle lens that captures detailed 4K-equivalent imagery, H.265+ video compression to reduce storage and bandwidth requirements, and advanced low-light performance for night-time surveillance. The camera has an IP67 weatherproof rating for protection against dust and water and includes intelligent detection functions to assist in event-based recording and alerting.

Advantages

The camera delivers high-resolution imaging combined with efficient H.265+ compression, enabling long retention times without excessive storage consumption. Its 2.8mm lens provides a broad field of view suitable for covering entrances, parking areas, and open spaces. Built-in night vision and enhanced low-light processing maintain recognizable detail after dark. The IP67 housing ensures operation under harsh weather conditions, while smart detection features reduce false alarms and support targeted monitoring workflows.

How to use

Install the camera according to site requirements, mounting it at a location that provides the intended coverage with minimal obstructions. Connect the camera to power and a network switch or PoE injector compliant with your system. Configure basic settings such as resolution, frame rate, and compression through the camera web interface or your network video recorder. Enable and tune smart detection parameters to match the environment and reduce false positives. Verify night-time performance and adjust orientation as needed to achieve the best balance between field of view and detail.

Recommendations

For optimal results, mount the camera at a stable height with a clear line of sight, avoid direct exposure to strong light sources in the field of view, and use H.265+ encoding to maximize storage efficiency. Regularly check seals and cabling to maintain IP67 integrity, and update firmware through official channels to ensure up-to-date detection algorithms and security patches.
