Telecamera di videosorveglianza IP Bosch MIC IP starlight 7100i per interni ed esterni a soffitto

Bosch MIC starlight 7100i is a wired IP security camera engineered for ceiling mounting in both indoor and outdoor environments. The camera delivers 2 MP (1920×1080) image resolution with a 12x optical zoom lens (6.6–198 mm) and continuous 360° pan capability, enabling wide-area coverage from a single installation point. Its very low-light sensitivity (minimum 0.0047 lx) and starlight imaging technology provide usable color images in poor lighting conditions while supporting H.264, H.265 and M-JPEG compression for efficient storage and streaming.

Advantages

The aluminium white housing offers durable protection against environmental factors while remaining suitable for professional surveillance in commercial and public spaces. Optical 12x zoom combined with a broad focal range allows detailed monitoring at varying distances without degrading image quality. The full 360° pan function and reliable network connectivity simplify installation planning by reducing the number of cameras required for complete coverage. Low-light performance enhances detection and identification during nighttime or low-illumination scenarios.

Suitable for

• Large indoor areas such as lobbies, atriums and warehouses
• Outdoor covered or partially exposed areas like entrances and perimeters
• Public spaces requiring continuous 360° surveillance
• Commercial sites needing detailed zoomed views for perimeter or asset monitoring

Key specifications

• Image sensor: 2 MP resolution, up to 1920×1080
• Optical zoom: 12× (focal length 6.6–198 mm)
• Pan range: 360° continuous
• Minimum illumination: 0.0047 lux (starlight performance)
• Video compression: H.264, H.265, M-JPEG
• Mounting: ceiling mount design for indoor and outdoor use
• Housing material and color: aluminium, white finish

How to use

Install the camera on a secure ceiling surface following local mounting guidelines and ensure a stable network connection for power and data (PoE if supported by the system). Position and configure the pan and zoom settings through the camera's management interface to cover the intended area; use the optical zoom to obtain detailed views without losing image fidelity. Configure video compression, frame rate and bitrate according to storage capacity and network bandwidth to balance image quality and resource usage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, mount the camera at a height that balances field of view and identification needs; test low-light behaviour on site and adjust exposure or image settings as necessary. Regularly check and clean the housing and lens to maintain image clarity, and plan for camera placement that avoids direct, strong backlighting. When used outdoors, verify that cable entries and mounting points are weatherproofed according to local standards.
