How to use

Mount the dome camera on a stable surface such as a ceiling or under an eave, aiming the 2.8mm lens to cover the area of interest. Connect the camera to your local network and a compatible recorder or software platform for power (if using PoE) and data transmission, or use the recommended power adapter if PoE is not available. Configure the camera’s network settings, resolution, and recording parameters through the management interface to suit your monitoring schedule and storage plan. Regularly verify focus and field of view after installation and adjust the dome housing orientation if needed.

Recommendations

For optimal results, install the camera at a height that provides a clear, unobstructed view of the monitored area and avoid placing it directly against strong light sources. Use the 4MP resolution for capturing fine detail when identification is required, and configure motion-triggered recording to reduce storage use. When installing outdoors, choose a sheltered mounting location to protect the unit from direct weather exposure.
