Telecamera IP di sorveglianza bullet Dahua Technology DH-IPC-HFW1431T-ZS-2812-S4 2688 x 1520 pixel

The Dahua Technology DH-IPC-HFW1431T-ZS-2812-S4 is a 4MP bullet IP security camera delivering up to 2688 × 1520 pixel resolution for detailed surveillance imaging. Designed for both indoor and outdoor installations, the camera features a motorized vari-focal lens (2.8–12 mm) with a wide horizontal field of view and a maximum aperture of F1.7. The unit supports H.265/H.264 codecs for efficient video compression, a maximum IR illumination range of 50 m for low-light monitoring, and IP67-rated protection for reliable performance in harsh weather conditions.

Advantages

The camera provides high-definition clarity at multiple frame rates and supports smart codec features to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements. Built-in IR LEDs and a sensitive 1/3" CMOS sensor ensure low-light capture down to 0.03 Lux. Robust environmental specifications, including IP67 ingress protection and a wide operating temperature range, make the model suitable for continuous outdoor use. Additional image processing functions such as 120 dB WDR, 3D DNR, BLC/HLC and digital watermarking improve image quality across varied lighting situations.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and outdoor area surveillance for residential, commercial, or industrial sites
• Entrance, parking lot, and driveway monitoring where long-range IR and vari-focal zoom are required
• Indoor zones requiring fixed or angled ceiling/wall mounting with high-resolution detail capture
• Edge recording scenarios using microSD card or NAS with limited network bandwidth

How to use

Select a suitable mounting location on a wall or ceiling that provides the desired field of view and adequate protection from direct water exposure when possible. Mount and secure the camera using appropriate fasteners, connect network and power via PoE or 12V DC, and access the device through the Dahua management tools (Smart PSS, DSS, DMSS) or via web browser using its IP address. Configure video stream settings, ROI, motion detection zones, and storage targets (microSD, FTP, NAS) according to monitoring requirements. Adjust the motorized lens remotely to set focal length and focus for the target area and verify IR operation for low-light coverage.

Recommendations

For optimal image quality, enable WDR in high-contrast scenes, set appropriate bitrate control (CBR/VBR) based on available bandwidth, and use smart codec features to reduce storage. Regularly check firmware updates and perform periodic inspections of mounting points and connectors. If used outdoors, ensure the camera housing is free of debris and that seals remain intact to maintain IP67 protection.
