The Antari HCR-1 remote control (wireless remote, range up to 100 m) is a compact handheld transmitter for remote operation of compatible Antari machines. Designed for technicians and operators working with effects devices, the unit provides on/off control and function triggering at a distance, allowing setup and operation without direct access to the device. The stated operational range simplifies control during live events, installations, and rehearsals where mobility and quick adjustments are required.

Advantages

The wireless remote offers a simple, single-unit design that pairs with supported Antari equipment to send control signals over distances up to 100 metres. Its lightweight construction and intuitive button layout reduce setup time and allow the operator to focus on staging and timing. As a dedicated remote for compatible devices, it minimizes the need for wired control runs and provides convenient off-device access to core machine functions.

How to use

Install the required battery according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then pair the remote with the compatible Antari device following the device pairing procedure. Use the remote’s buttons to send on/off commands and to trigger functions supported by the connected machine. Verify operation at a short distance before using at the maximum range, and perform a range check in the actual environment to account for obstacles and signal interference.

Recommendations

The remote performs best when used within line-of-sight and in environments with limited radio interference; always test control response and range at the venue prior to live use. Store the unit in a dry location and remove batteries when the remote will not be used for extended periods to prevent corrosion.
