Terminale a crimpare per cavi Harting 11 20 003 5407

The Harting 11 20 003 5407 cable end cap fitting is a snap-on closure designed to finish and protect the ends of cable assemblies and cable ducts. Finished in grey and weighing approximately 12.52 g, this compact accessory provides a neat termination point that helps prevent dust ingress, reduce strain on cable ends and improve overall cable routing appearance in electrical installations and enclosures.

Advantages

This cable end cap fitting offers straightforward snap-on mounting that saves installation time and requires no additional fasteners. Its lightweight construction simplifies handling and reduces added load on cable runs. The grey finish provides a neutral appearance that blends with many cable management systems, while the precise fit improves safety by covering exposed cable terminations and reducing the risk of accidental contact.

Suitable for

• Finishing open ends of cable ducts and trays
• Protecting cable terminations in control panels and junction boxes
• Organizing and tidying cable routes in industrial and commercial installations
• Temporary or permanent closures where a snap-on solution is required

Key specifications

• Function: snap-on cable end cap/closure
• Color: grey
• Weight: approximately 12.52 g
• Material: durable molded polymer (typical for end cap fittings)
• Mounting: push-fit / snap-on installation for quick assembly

How to use

Align the cable end cap fitting with the open end of the cable duct or the cable bundle to be protected. Press the cap firmly until it snaps into place and engages with the duct or cable profile. Verify the cap is seated securely and that it fully covers exposed cable ends. For removal, depress the locking features if accessible and pull the cap away from the duct or cable profile while supporting the cables to avoid strain.

Recommendations

Use the fitting in dry, indoor environments or enclosed enclosures unless the material specifications for outdoor or harsh environments are confirmed. Inspect the fit after installation to ensure secure seating and replace any cap showing cracks or deformation. For applications requiring specific chemical, temperature or ingress protection ratings, verify material compatibility and protection class before use.
