tesapack nastro adesivo da imballaggio PVC Standard 50 mm x 66 m marrone

For sealing medium to heavy cartons, this PVC packaging tape delivers a secure, low-noise unwind that keeps packing lines calm and efficient. Unlike ordinary film tapes, the solvent-free natural rubber adhesive grips instantly to recycled cardboard and rough surfaces, while the brown PVC backing blends discreetly with carton exteriors. The 50 µm total thickness balances tear resistance with flexibility, so it conforms to box edges without splitting under tension.

Highlights

• PVC film backing with high tear resistance for reliable carton closure
• Natural rubber adhesive with 2.5 N/cm adhesion to steel for strong initial tack
• Low-noise unwinding reduces workplace noise during manual or automatic dispensing
• Solvent-free adhesive system supports safer, more sustainable packaging operations
• 50 mm width and 66 m length on a 76 mm core fit standard tape dispensers

In daily use

The tape runs smoothly from hand-held dispensers and automatic case sealers alike. Its moderate UV resistance suits indoor storage and short-term outdoor exposure, while the brown colour helps conceal carton markings for a cleaner look. With an elongation at break of 80% and tensile strength of 40 N/cm, it stretches just enough to absorb impacts without losing seal integrity. Short-term temperature tolerance up to 60 °C and long-term up to 40 °C covers most warehouse and transit conditions.
