Why choose it

The TV 329 combines a wide measurement range with a precise 12:1 optics, making it suitable for both everyday troubleshooting and demanding industrial tasks. Its fixed emissivity of 0.95 covers most non-reflective surfaces, and the switchable laser helps you aim accurately. The backlit display ensures readability in low-light conditions, while the data hold function lets you record readings after removing the device from the target.

Ideal use cases

• Electrical maintenance: check circuit breakers, transformers, and connections
• HVAC: measure duct temperatures, supply/return air, and motor housings
• Automotive: diagnose cooling systems, brakes, and exhaust components
• Food safety: verify storage and serving temperatures
• Industrial: monitor bearings, steam traps, and process lines

Good to know

The TV 329 operates on a standard 9V block battery, which is easy to replace. Auto power off extends battery life, and the low battery indicator warns you before the device shuts down. The ABS housing is durable enough for daily use in workshops and field service. For best accuracy, ensure the target is larger than the measurement spot at the given distance (e.g., at 1.2 m distance, the spot is about 10 cm).
