Testina di stampa termica Epson CE94 (MPN 2214674) per stampanti scontrini ed etichette compatibili

Thermal print head Epson CE94 is a replacement print head designed for compatible receipt and label printers. It contains the heating element that forms thermal images on paper and thermal labels, restoring clarity and contrast when the original head becomes worn. The component is intended for machines used in point-of-sale, kiosks and label production environments where thermal printing technology is employed.

Advantages

The Epson CE94 thermal print head delivers consistent heating performance across the print width, resulting in uniform density and clear text or barcode reproduction. As a direct replacement part, it helps reduce downtime by restoring reliable print quality and minimizing streaks, banding or missing pixels caused by a degraded head. The design supports rapid heat response and stable operation under typical POS and label printing duty cycles.

Suitable for

• Receipt printing at point-of-sale terminals
• Label printing for shipping, inventory and product identification
• Kiosk and ticket printing in retail and service environments
• Maintenance and service replacement in thermal printer fleets

Key specifications

• Function: thermal print head providing the heating element for thermal transfer onto thermal paper and labels
• Application: designed for receipt and label printing hardware that accepts this form factor
• Performance: engineered for rapid thermal response and consistent element activation to ensure uniform image density
• Physical: compact module sized to fit compatible printer carriage assemblies and mounting points
• Compatibility note: intended as a replacement for printers that use the corresponding print head form and electrical interface

How to use

Power off and unplug the printer before servicing. Open the printer cover and access the print head assembly following the printer manufacturer’s service instructions. Carefully remove the worn print head by releasing any retaining clips or screws, observing static-safe handling practices to avoid electrostatic damage. Install the Epson CE94 replacement by aligning it with the mounting points and electrical connector, securing it in place, and closing the cover. After reconnecting power, run the printer’s head alignment and test-print procedures to verify correct installation and print quality.

Recommendations

Use clean, undamaged thermal media and avoid abrasive or contaminated paper to extend print head life. Perform routine cleaning of the platen and paper path and replace the print head when persistent streaks or uneven density appear despite cleaning. Follow the printer manufacturer’s service intervals and handling precautions to maintain optimal operation.
