TESTO strisce indicatrici di temperatura irreversibili da 60°C a 82°C, confezione da 10 (0646 0072)

Monitoring temperature exposure in sensitive processes requires a reliable, tamper-proof record. These irreversible temperature indicator strips provide a permanent visual confirmation when a specific temperature threshold is exceeded, eliminating guesswork in quality control, transport, and storage.

Who is it for

Quality assurance teams, logistics professionals, and process engineers who need to verify that products have not been exposed to temperatures beyond their specified limits. Ideal for monitoring heat-sensitive goods during shipping, storage, or manufacturing.

Main features

• Irreversible color change from white to black/red upon reaching the rated temperature
• Six temperature points: 60 °C, 65 °C, 70 °C, 75 °C, 80 °C, 82 °C
• Self-adhesive backing for easy attachment to surfaces
• Instantaneous response when the threshold is reached
• Compact size: 50 x 18 mm per strip
• Pack of 10 strips

Specifications

• Temperature range: 60 °C to 82 °C
• Number of temperature points: 6
• Accuracy: ±1 °C
• Indication method: irreversible color change (white to black/red)
• Response time: instantaneous upon reaching temperature
• Adhesion: self-adhesive backing
• Material: heat-sensitive foil
• Strip dimensions (L x W): 50 x 18 mm
• Reversibility: no (irreversible)
• Storage conditions: cool, dry place, protected from light
• Shelf life: 2 years (from manufacturing, under proper storage)
• Measurement principle: phase change chemical reaction

Tips

Apply the strip to a clean, dry surface at the start of the monitoring period. Check the strip after the process or transport is complete; a black or red window indicates the corresponding temperature was reached. Store unused strips in a cool, dark place to maintain accuracy.
