Timbro autoinchiostrante WEDO Imprint 8912 — 5 righe, inchiostro nero

WEDO Imprint 8912 is a self-inking stamp with a five-line impression and black ink, designed for routine office marking. The integrated ink pad enables repeated stamping without a separate pad, producing clear multi-line text suitable for dates, addresses, signatures and short notices. Its compact housing and straightforward mechanism make it convenient for desk use and frequent application in administrative, postal and record-keeping workflows.

Advantages

The self-inking design delivers consistent, saturated impressions while protecting the stamp die between uses to reduce drying and wear. A five-line imprint area allows combination of several text elements — for example date, department name and a short remark — in a single stamp. Black ink provides high contrast on standard paper and most office forms. The compact footprint and easy thumb-press operation support rapid repetitive stamping with minimal hand strain.

Suitable for

• Office paperwork: invoices, memos and internal forms
• Mailroom tasks: envelopes and shipping labels
• Record keeping: filing, logs and archival notes
• Signatures and authorisation marks on documents
• Administrative stamping: dates, department codes and short notes

Key specifications

• Imprint layout: five text lines for multi-line information
• Ink colour: black, high-contrast formulation for paper
• Mechanism: self-inking with integrated ink pad for repeated use
• Housing: compact desktop-friendly design for easy handling
• Typical use: suitable for frequent stamping in office environments

How to use

Compose or pre-set the stamp text according to the manufacturer's customization options, then position the stamp squarely over the target area and press down evenly until the mechanism completes a full cycle. For best results, apply steady downward pressure without rocking to ensure an even transfer of ink across all five lines. When storing, place the stamp in a cool, dry location with the impression side protected to prevent accidental marks.

Recommendations

Check the print impression on scrap paper before applying to important documents; if impressions become light, replace or re-ink the integrated pad following manufacturer guidance. Avoid using on glossy or coated surfaces not specified for standard ink, and keep away from high heat or direct sunlight to maintain ink performance.
