How to use

Turn off the printer and open the front cover according to the printer user manual. Remove the old toner cartridge by following the indicated release latches, then unpack the new cyan cartridge from its packaging and gently shake it side to side to distribute the toner evenly. Insert the cartridge into the corresponding slot until it clicks into place, close the front cover, and power the printer back on. Allow the device to complete any initialization or calibration cycle before starting production prints.

Recommendations

Store cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For best results, use the toner with compatible Ricoh-approved media and maintain regular printer maintenance such as cleaning the drum and transfer components. Replace the cartridge when print density decreases or when the printer indicates low toner to avoid uneven output.
