TP-Link Archer AX1800 router WLAN Gigabit Ethernet dualband (2,4 GHz / 5 GHz) nero

The TP-Link Archer AX1800 tabletop router delivers dual-band Wi‑Fi 6 performance with combined wireless speeds up to 1.8 Gbps (1775 Mbit/s). Designed for home and small-office use, it provides broad coverage with four high‑gain antennas, beamforming and an independent front‑end module, supports Gigabit Ethernet and a USB port for easy file sharing, and includes modern security with WPA3.

Advantages

Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) brings higher throughput, increased network capacity and lower latency compared with previous standards, while OFDMA and Target Wake Time improve multi‑device efficiency and extend battery life of connected devices. The router’s 1.5 GHz quad‑core CPU keeps data flows smooth, and OneMesh™ compatibility lets you expand coverage without replacing your existing router.

Suitable for

• 4K streaming and high‑bitrate video playback
• Online gaming with reduced lag
• Homes or small offices with many connected devices
• File sharing and private cloud access via USB port

How to use

Place the router centrally in the coverage area and connect the Ethernet WAN port to your modem. Power on the device, install the TP‑Link Tether app on a smartphone or use the web interface to complete initial setup and Wi‑Fi configuration. Connect client devices to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz SSID as needed. To expand coverage, add OneMesh™‑compatible extenders and configure them to use a single network name.

Recommendations

For best performance, position the router away from large metal objects and other electronics that can cause interference; use the 5 GHz band for high‑bandwidth tasks and the 2.4 GHz band for longer range or legacy devices. Keep firmware up to date and enable WPA3 for improved security.
