TP-Link TL-WR1512X Roam 6 AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Dual-Band Gigabit router da viaggio

The Roam 6 is built for life on the move. Where most travel routers settle for older Wi-Fi 5 circuitry, this TP-Link model brings the efficiency of Wi-Fi 6 to the compact class, while also providing a genuine Gigabit Ethernet port that many rivals miss. Whether you need a secure private network inside an apartment, a hotel room, or a mobile workstation, the TL-WR1512X adapts easily without needing a technician.

Highlights

• Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with AX1500 speeds: up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz
• Dual-band operation for reduced interference and better bandwidth allocation
• 1× Gigabit WAN/LAN port for wired broadband or connecting a NAS
• USB 2.0 port to share a 3G/4G modem or USB drive across the network
• WPA3 security for stronger wireless encryption
• OFDMA, MU-MIMO and Beamforming improve multiple-device performance
• USB-C power input: easy to power from chargers or power banks
• Compact, unassuming design with internal antennas and no bulky add-ons

In daily use

Use the TL-WR1512X as a normal wireless router connected to a cable or fibre modem, or switch it to access point mode to extend an existing wired network. On holiday, plug a hotel Ethernet cable into the Gigabit port and instantly generate your own private Wi-Fi network for phones, laptops and tablets – no router login pages needed for every device. The USB port also allows you to share a 3G/4G dongle or a flash drive, while the Tether app simplifies setup and monitoring from your phone.
