Trampolino Salta First Class rotondo 366 cm, trampolino fitness, nero, modello 5373A

The Salta First Class round 366 cm fitness trampoline (model 5373A) is a large, robust trampoline designed for home and outdoor fitness and recreational use. With a 366 cm diameter it provides an ample jumping surface and a stable black frame and mat intended to support cardio workouts, plyometric training and general exercise sessions. The design focuses on a wide, uninterrupted jumping area and a solid construction to help users perform jumps, sprints-in-place and conditioning movements safely.

Advantages

The trampoline offers a spacious 366 cm diameter jumping surface in a consistent black finish that reduces visual distraction during training. Its sturdy frame construction contributes to stability during dynamic movements and provides reliable rebound characteristics suitable for a variety of fitness exercises. The large surface helps users maintain balance while performing plyometrics and low-impact cardio routines, and the overall design is suited for both outdoor and home garden placement.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This trampoline may not be suitable for users who require enclosed netting or safety enclosures as standard; if you need perimeter protection to prevent falls, plan to purchase or install an appropriate safety net separately. It may also be less suitable for very small indoor spaces due to its 366 cm diameter and the clearance needed around the unit for safe use.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the trampoline on a level, firm surface with sufficient overhead and side clearance. Assemble the frame and mat following the manufacturer’s assembly instructions, ensuring springs and frame components are securely fitted before first use. Warm up with light mobility and dynamic stretches, then begin with low-intensity jumps or basic bounce exercises to assess rebound and comfort. Progress to higher-intensity drills, intervals or plyometric moves only after confirming stable performance and personal readiness. Regularly inspect the mat, springs and frame for wear and ensure all fastenings remain tight.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use the trampoline on a flat, stable surface and maintain clear space around the unit. Start sessions with low-intensity bounces to become accustomed to rebound characteristics, and follow a gradual progression in intensity for plyometrics and cardio drills. Inspect the frame, mat and springs before each use, and add an enclosure or additional padding if multiple users or children will be jumping.
