Tronchese DeLOCK tronchese arancione 12,7 cm

The DeLOCK Side cutter is a 12.7 cm diagonal pliers designed for fine cutting work in electronics and precision engineering. Made of durable metal with insulated, rubberized handles and a stainless steel rivet joint, it combines a slim, precisely formed tip with sharp, ground cutting edges to handle thin and adjacent wires as well as harder materials.

Advantages

The precisely ground cutting edges and slim tip allow cutting of adjacent wires from 0.2 mm diameter and performing very small tasks on circuit boards. Insulated, rubberized handles provide an ergonomic, non-slip grip, while the stainless steel rivet ensures a stable joint and long service life.

How to use

Position the slim tip around the wire or component to be cut, close the handles firmly to engage the sharp cutting edges, and make a clean shearing motion. For cutting adjacent wires, align the wires within the tip area and cut from the recommended minimum diameter of 0.2 mm. Keep fingers clear of the cutting zone and use the insulated handles for better control.

Recommendations

Do not use the side cutter on live electrical circuits despite the insulated handles. Regularly inspect the cutting edges for wear and avoid cutting hardened steel or material beyond the tool's intended use to maintain sharpness and prolong service life.
