Tubo per cavi DeLOCK 20789 grigio

The DeLOCK 20789 cable sleeve in grey is a braided copper sleeve designed for EMC shielding and bundling of exposed cables or electrical tubes. Made from copper fabric, it protects cables and devices from electromagnetic interference while offering mechanical protection in outdoor and industrial environments. The sleeve measures 1.5 cm in diameter and 2000 mm in length and is suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -40 to 150 °C.

Advantages

The copper braiding provides effective electromagnetic shielding and helps maintain signal integrity for network, measurement and machine applications. The material combines high flexibility with good stretchability, allowing the sleeve to encase multiple cables or wires of different diameters. The robust fabric structure increases resistance to weathering and mechanical damage.

Suitable for

• EMC shielding of data and power cables
• Bundling and protecting cables in machines and measurement equipment
• Organising exposed electrical tubes and wiring harnesses
• Outdoor and industrial wiring requiring temperature resistance

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20789
• EAN: 4043619207893
• Material: Copper braided fabric
• Colour: Grey
• Diameter: 1.5 cm
• Length: 2000 mm
• Operating temperature: -40 to 150 °C

How to use

Slide the braided sleeve over the cable bundle or electrical tube and position it to cover the exposed section. If necessary, compress the sleeve slightly to fit cables of different diameters or to introduce several cables simultaneously. Secure the sleeve ends with appropriate clamps, heat-shrink tubing or cable ties to prevent movement and to maintain shielding continuity.

Recommendations

For optimal EMC performance, ensure good electrical contact at both ends of the braided sleeve with chassis ground or a dedicated grounding point. Inspect the sleeve periodically for wear and replace it if the braiding is damaged.
