How to use

Install the belt unit following the printer manufacturer’s service instructions: power off the printer, open the service cover, remove any spent belt unit or related transport components, and insert the new belt unit until it clicks into place. After installation, close the service cover and perform any recommended calibration or alignment cycle via the printer control panel or maintenance menu. Dispose of the replaced unit according to local electronic waste regulations.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, replace the belt unit when the printer’s maintenance counter indicates end-of-life or when print quality and paper feed reliability decline. Store spare belt units in a dry, dust-free environment at moderate temperature and avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight or excessive humidity.
