How to use

Assemble the required attachment (multi-blade, beating disc, meat knife or processor) before connecting the unit to a 220–240 V outlet. Operate the twin-switch safety control to select the desired speed (12,000 rpm for coarser processing or 17,000 rpm for finer results). Use the blender in short pulses for chopping or continuous runs for purees and whisking. For grinding small quantities of spices or nuts, fit the powder disc in the processor bowl. Recommendations
