Frullatore a immersione ESGE P 350 Profi grigio bianco

The ESGE-Zauberstab® P 350 Profi is an immersion blender designed for professional catering use. It is equipped with a long-lasting AC motor made in Switzerland that delivers 350 W of power and can process up to 30 litres of liquid when used with a container of approximately 45 cm diameter. The appliance combines metal and plastic components for robust construction and includes a spiral power cable that extends up to 150 cm to allow flexible movement during operation.

Advantages

The P 350 Profi offers two selectable speed settings via a safety twin switch, providing 18,000 or 22,000 revolutions per minute to match processing needs. Its multi-blade design performs whisking, chopping, stirring, pureeing, straining and mixing in one tool. The plug-on centring mechanism enables quick and secure attachment of the shaft, while compact dimensions and a 1.5 m cord make storage and use practical in professional kitchens.

How to use

Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit using the plug-on centring until it locks. Select the appropriate speed using the safety twin switch (18,000 or 22,000 RPM) according to the product and desired consistency. Immerse the multi-blade into the liquid or ingredients and move slowly to achieve even processing; raise and lower the blender to mix thoroughly. After use, disconnect from the power supply, detach the shaft and clean components as indicated in the user manual.

Recommendations

For best results, use suitable deep containers (≈45 cm diameter) for large batches, avoid running the motor continuously for prolonged periods to prevent overheating, and maintain the blade assembly and centring connection according to manufacturer cleaning and maintenance instructions.
