Utensile da taglio cimco tronchese VDE Diamond 100000 isolato, tronchese isolato certificato VDE

The cimco Side Cutter VDE Diamond 100000 is an insulated side cutter designed for safe and precise wire cutting in electrical installations and maintenance. VDE-certified insulation on the handles provides protection against electrical shock when working near live or potentially live conductors. The tool combines a compact cutting head with hardened cutting edges and a comfortable grip to support reliable performance in routine electrician and technician tasks.

Advantages

The VDE-certified insulation is tested to meet safety standards for electrical work, reducing the risk of electric shock. Hardened steel cutting edges provide long-lasting sharpness and clean cuts through copper and aluminium conductors. The side-cutter geometry enables flush and precise cuts close to terminals and in confined spaces. Ergonomic insulated handles improve handling and reduce hand fatigue during repeated use.

How to use

Inspect the tool before each use to ensure the insulation is intact and the cutting edges are free of damage. Use the insulated handles only when the tool is in good condition and when working on or near live circuits. Position the wire between the cutting edges as close to the joint or terminal as needed, then apply steady pressure to make a single clean cut. For repeated cutting tasks, maintain a controlled grip and avoid twisting motions that could damage the insulation or the blades.

Recommendations

Keep the insulated side cutter clean and store it dry to preserve insulation performance. Do not use the tool on live circuits if the insulation shows cracks, cuts, or wear; replace the tool immediately. Periodically check blade sharpness and, if necessary, sharpen or replace the tool to ensure safe and efficient cutting.
