Valigetta per utensili Metabo 626889000 nero ABS 496x296x165 mm

The Metabo Tool Case 626889000 Black ABS 496x296x165 mm is a rigid, impact-resistant carrying case constructed from black ABS plastic. With external dimensions of 496 mm (width) × 296 mm (depth) × 165 mm (height) and a weight of approximately 2.05 kg, the case is intended for organised storage and safe transportation of hand tools, small power tools and accessories. Its solid shell offers protection against everyday bumps and knocks while keeping contents compact and accessible.

Advantages

The ABS construction provides a balance of sturdiness and light weight, reducing load without compromising protection. The rectangular form factor and moderate internal volume suit a variety of tool arrangements. Reinforced edges and a secure latch mechanism enable reliable closure during transport. The neutral black finish is resistant to staining and easy to clean, supporting professional use across workshop, site and vehicle applications.

Suitable for

• Storage and transport of hand tools such as wrenches, pliers and screwdrivers
• Carrying small cordless tools and their batteries
• Organising consumables and spare parts for site work
• Workshop and service vehicle tool organisation

Key specifications

• Material: ABS plastic (impact-resistant)
• External dimensions (W × D × H): 496 × 296 × 165 mm
• Weight: approx. 2.05 kg
• Colour: black
• Closure: integrated latch for secure locking
• Form factor: rectangular carrying case with carrying handle

How to use

Open the case using the latch and arrange tools inside so that heavier items sit at the bottom to maintain balance. Use internal partitions or foam inserts, if available, to separate sharp edges and prevent movement. Close the lid until the latch engages fully to ensure the case remains shut during transport. For stacked storage in vehicles or on shelves, place the case on a flat surface and avoid overloading beyond the case volume to prevent deformation.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the latch and hinge areas for wear and remove debris from the sealing surfaces to maintain reliable closure. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent material warping. Clean the case with mild detergent and a soft cloth; do not use aggressive solvents. For fragile electronics or precision instruments, add protective foam inserts to reduce shock and vibration during transport.
