Visiera protettiva Honeywell Turboshield chiara senza trattamento modello 1031743, schermo protettivo trasparente

Honeywell Turboshield clear uncoated model 1031743 is a transparent protective face visor engineered to provide basic facial protection from splashes, droplets and light debris while maintaining wide, unobstructed visibility. The uncoated shield mounts to compatible headgear or frames and is suitable for environments where a clear, durable barrier is needed without anti-fog or anti-scratch surface treatments. Its lightweight construction simplifies prolonged wear and routine cleaning to support hygiene and reuse.

Advantages

The clear, uncoated visor delivers high optical clarity to preserve field of view and facial communication. Its simple attachment interface allows quick mounting and removal on compatible frames or headgear. Made from transparent material with a smooth surface, the shield is easy to clean with common disinfectants and does not add significant weight to the wearer. The design provides front-face coverage that complements other personal protective equipment such as masks and goggles.

Suitable for

• Medical and dental clinics for splash protection during examinations and procedures
• Laboratory work where face protection from droplets is required
• Light industrial and maintenance tasks with risk of airborne particles or liquid splashes
• Customer-facing roles that require clear visibility of the face

Key specifications

• Type: transparent, uncoated face visor
• Coverage: full front-face shield protecting eyes, nose and mouth area from direct splashes
• Material properties: clear, rigid transparent plastic designed for optical clarity
• Compatibility: attaches to compatible headgear or visor frames
• Weight: lightweight for extended wear (manufacturer design emphasis)
• Care: suitable for cleaning with common disinfectants and mild detergents

How to use

Attach the Honeywell Turboshield visor to compatible headgear or a matching frame according to the frame manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring a secure fit that covers the face from forehead to below the chin. Position the shield so it does not interfere with breathing or eye protection and confirm the wearer can see clearly through the transparent material. For removal, detach the visor by following the reverse of the attachment steps and handle by the edges to minimize contact with the front surface.

Recommendations

Inspect the visor for cracks, deep scratches or deformation before each use. Clean with mild detergent or an approved disinfectant, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could reduce optical clarity. Because this is an uncoated shield, consider additional anti-fog measures (compatible coatings or external anti-fog wipes) if used in high-humidity environments or during heavy physical activity. Store flat or hung on a clean surface to prevent bending and surface damage.
