These screws offer consistent thread geometry and a hard black finish that helps reduce visible wear and provides basic protection against corrosion. Supplied in a large quantity, the pack reduces the need for frequent reordering and supports volume projects. The 25 mm length and 3.5 mm head diameter provide stable engagement in typical wood and composite materials while maintaining straightforward driving with standard screwdrivers or power drivers.

• Interior and non-exposed structural joinery
• Cabinetry, furniture assembly and shelving
• General repair, renovation and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Length: 25 mm
• Head diameter: 3.5 mm
• Finish: black (protective coating)
• Pack quantity: 1000 pieces
• Material: high-strength metal suitable for general fastening

How to use

Select a screwdriver or compatible power driver appropriate for the screw head and set the torque to a moderate level to avoid over-driving. Pre-drill pilot holes when working near edges or with hardwoods to reduce splitting and ensure accurate placement. Drive the screw until the head sits flush with or just below the surface, depending on the application, and ensure adjacent fixings are evenly spaced for stable connections.

Recommendations

For best results, store the screws in a dry environment to preserve the black finish and coating. Use pilot holes in dense materials and match driver bits to the screw head to reduce cam-out. These screws are intended for standard interior and sheltered applications; use corrosion-certified fasteners if exposure to harsh outdoor conditions is expected.
