Waterblock GPU Barrow LRC2.0 per ASUS STRIX 3070 — copertura completa, acrilico

Barrow LRC2.0 GPU water block for ASUS STRIX 3070 is a full-coverage liquid cooling top designed specifically to replace the stock cooler on ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3070 graphics cards. The block features an acrylic top that exposes coolant flow visually while providing direct contact between the coolant, GPU die, VRAM modules and key power delivery components. Built for custom water-cooling loops, it improves heat transfer from critical components to the coolant, enabling lower operating temperatures and reduced fan noise compared with air-only cooling solutions.

Advantages

The full-coverage design ensures uniform cooling across the GPU core, memory chips and voltage regulation circuitry without the need for multiple discrete blocks. The acrylic top offers visual monitoring of coolant flow and complements RGB setups while providing corrosion-resistant assembly. Precision-machined cold plate surfaces ensure optimal contact with component surfaces to improve thermal conductivity and stable cooling under sustained loads.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid-cooled gaming PCs using ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3070 cards
• High-performance workstations requiring sustained GPU thermal management
• Overclocked GPUs where improved heat dissipation increases stability
• Silent PC builds aiming to lower fan speeds and overall noise

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed specifically for ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3070 PCB layouts
• Coverage: full-coverage cold plate for GPU core, memory and VRM
• Top material: transparent acrylic
• Cold plate material: copper base for efficient heat transfer
• Mounting: includes spacers and screws tailored for compatible STRIX 3070 mounting points
• Coolant ports: G1/4" threaded ports for standard liquid-cooling fittings

How to use

Prepare the graphics card by removing the original air cooler according to the card manufacturer's instructions and clean the GPU die and surrounding contact areas with isopropyl alcohol. Align the Barrow LRC2.0 water block to the card’s PCB so that the cold plate contacts the GPU die, memory and VRM pads. Secure the block using the included screws and spacers, applying a suitable amount of thermal compound to the GPU die and thermal pads where required. Connect the water-cooling loop using G1/4" fittings, perform a leak test with only the pump running and check for correct flow before powering the full system.

Recommendations

Use coolant mixes recommended for PC water-cooling systems and avoid tap water. Check mounting torque evenly on all fixings to ensure consistent contact. Perform a controlled leak test for at least several hours before continuous use and monitor temperatures after initial installation to confirm correct thermal performance.
