The Wiha 322 Single is an insulated hex screwdriver 243 mm long and weighing 120 g, designed for tasks involving external hex screws and hex nuts. The blade is made of chrome-vanadium steel, through-hardened with a black finish and an insulation moulded directly onto the blade. The tool meets DIN 3125 and is manufactured according to IEC 60900:2012.

Advantages

The blade construction provides high wear resistance and precise fit on hex fasteners, while the deep-drawn socket increases strength at the blade-handle transition. The ergonomic Wiha SoftFinish® multi-component handle with roll-off protection improves grip and reduces hand fatigue. Insulation moulded onto the blade gives integrated electrical protection appropriate to the IEC 60900:2012 standard.

How to use

Select the appropriate hex size and place the tip squarely onto the fastener. Apply steady axial pressure and turn the handle to tighten or loosen the hex screw or nut. Use the deep-drawn socket area to stabilize the blade when higher torque is required. Inspect the insulation before each use and do not use the tool if the insulation is damaged.

Recommendations

Use this insulated hex screwdriver for live electrical work only if the tool’s insulation is intact and you have the appropriate training and personal protective equipment; follow applicable safety standards and local regulations.
