WKK 15084671 fascetta per cavi rilevabile ai metal detector 150 x 3,6 mm blu confezione da 100

Metal detectable cable tie for food, beverage and pharmaceutical environments where foreign object control is critical. Nylon 6.6 with metal particles ensures detection by standard metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems before product leaves the production area.

Advantages

Blue colour provides high visual contrast against most products and packaging. The 150 mm length and 3.6 mm width suit bundling cables, hoses and small components with a maximum bundle diameter of 38 mm. Tensile strength of 180 N holds bundles securely in place.

Suitable for

• Food processing and packaging lines
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Chemical plants
• Any facility with metal detection or X-ray inspection
