Access point wireless Zyxel IAP500BE — dualband 2.4/5 GHz, 5012 Mbit/s, PoE, 1×RJ-45, antenne esterne, nero

Powering the machines that power your business.
The Zyxel IAP500BE is a dual-radio (2.4GHz + 5GHz) WiFi 7 industrial access point (AP) with 2x2 MU-MIMO, delivering speeds of up to 5Gbps.

Built for Industry 4.0, it enables smart factories, automated lines and IoT systems to run at full efficiency with ultra-low latency, multi-gigabit performance and rugged reliability. From AGVs on the move to precision robotics and real-time monitoring, the IAP500BE ensures every device, sensor and machine stays connected without interruption.

Optimized for cabinets. Powered for connectivity.
The IAP500BE is designed for cabinet-friendly deployments and offers an optional magnetic-mounted external antenna to extend coverage where it’s needed most. With built-in NAT support, it ensures seamless private IP distribution to all downstream devices.

Reliable coverage where it counts.
Industrial networks demand coverage that keeps pace with operations. The IAP500BE can deliver connectivity over Zyxel’s Smart Mesh technology with Multi-Link Operation, extending low-latency connectivity across factory floors, production lines and mobile machinery.

Flexible mounting options – including DIN-rail, wall mount and cabinet installation – make it truly cabinet-ready, so it integrates easily into factory racks and enclosures with the ability to support external antennas further extending coverage deep inside challenging environments.

Click. Tap. Done.

How to use

Install the IAP500BE on a DIN-rail, wall or inside a cabinet and connect the Ethernet port to a PoE-enabled switch or injector to power the device. Optionally attach the magnetic external antenna where additional coverage is needed. Use the Nebula mobile app or Nebula web portal to run the step-by-step setup wizard, configure SSIDs, security settings (WPA2/WPA3 recommended) and mesh parameters. For on-premises management, switch the device to controller mode via NebulaFlex Pro; for cloud management, claim the device to your Nebula site to enable remote monitoring and centralized policies.

Recommendations

Place the access point inside or near cabinets with antenna access for best coverage, enable Multi-Link Operation (MLO) for latency-sensitive applications, and use PoE-compliant switches to ensure reliable power delivery. Regularly update firmware through Nebula to maintain security and performance.
