Accessori per cavi Rittal 4050.733 — accessori per capicorda per armadi elettrici

Rittal 4050.733 is a cable accessory intended for use with Rittal electrical enclosures and distribution equipment. This terminal/ferrule-style accessory provides a reliable termination point for conductors inside control cabinets and panel assemblies. Designed for professional electrical installation and maintenance, it helps ensure secure conductor connections and reduces the risk of loose strands or poor contact in screw-type terminals.

Advantages

The accessory offers precise conductor confinement and a consistent contact surface for screw terminals, improving mechanical stability and electrical continuity. Its design is compatible with standard enclosure installation practices and supports repeatable, professional-quality terminations. Because it is produced by a manufacturer of enclosures and system components, it integrates well with other Rittal products and mounting arrangements.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

When it may not be suitable

This terminal/ferrule accessory is intended for use with stranded conductors and screw-type terminals; it may not be appropriate for solid conductors, crimpless termination systems, or applications that require insulation displacement connectors. It is not a complete wiring solution by itself and should be used as part of a proper wiring and protection scheme in compliance with local electrical standards.

Key specifications

How to use

Strip the conductor to the required length, insert the stranded conductor into the ferrule sleeve until the insulation meets the sleeve end, then crimp or secure the ferrule according to the product’s crimping instructions and tooling recommendations. Insert the terminated conductor into the screw terminal and tighten the terminal screw to the torque specified for the terminal or device. Follow enclosure assembly and safety procedures throughout the process, and verify continuity and insulation integrity after installation.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use manufacturer-recommended crimping tools and follow specified torque values for terminal screws. Inspect terminated connections visually and with a pull test where appropriate, and document installations as part of regular maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
