Accessorio per levigatura a mano Bosch 2 608 606 755 foglio abrasivo P60 10 pz.

Bosch 2 608 606 755 P60 sanding sheets are intended for finishing work and effective paint and rust removal on flat surfaces. Each pack contains ten 125 mm x 125 mm abrasive sheets with P60 grit, offering a balance between material removal rate and surface preparation for subsequent painting, priming or filling. The abrasive is mounted on a flexible backing that adapts to slight surface irregularities while maintaining cutting performance.

Advantages

These sanding sheets provide consistent abrasive performance across the sheet surface and uniform grit distribution for predictable stock removal. The format and size are compatible with a variety of hand sanding blocks and some random orbital sanders designed for square sheets. The P60 grit level is coarse enough to remove old paint, varnish and corrosion without excessive clogging, while the backing ensures reasonable tear resistance and handling during use.

How to use

Select a compatible sanding block or sander and attach the 125 mm x 125 mm sheet securely. When sanding paint or rust, move the sheet with even pressure along the grain on wood or across the surface on metal, keeping steady motion to avoid creating deep scratches. Inspect the surface frequently and replace the sheet when the abrasive becomes clogged or worn to maintain effective material removal. After coarse sanding with P60, progress to finer grits for a smoother finish before priming or painting.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding. Work in a well-ventilated area or use dust extraction where available. For best results on wood, follow coarse sanding with progressively finer grits; for metal, ensure all loose corrosion is removed and apply a suitable primer after sanding.
