ACT 30m LSZH OM3 Multimode Duplex LC su LC cavo patch in fibra ottica aqua RL9630

Data center technicians and network engineers often need a reliable, high-speed link between switches, servers, or storage area networks. This ACT 30-meter fiber patch cable provides a direct duplex LC to LC connection using OM3 multimode fiber, making it a practical choice for 10 Gigabit Ethernet backbone links within a rack or across a server room.

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode OM3, 50/125 µm core/cladding
• Length: 30 meters
• Connectors: LC duplex on both ends
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), aqua
• Supported data rate: up to 10 Gbps
• Wavelengths: 850 nm and 1300 nm
• Attenuation: <3.5 dB/km at 850 nm, <1.5 dB/km at 1300 nm
• Bandwidth (OFL): 1500 MHz·km at 850 nm, 500 MHz·km at 1300 nm

Why choose it

The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gas emissions in case of fire, which is essential in confined spaces like data centers and telecom rooms. The aqua color follows industry convention for OM3, simplifying identification among fiber types. Duplex LC connectors are compact and widely used in high-density patch panels and SFP+ transceivers.

Ideal use cases

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links between switches and servers
• Fibre Channel storage area networks
• High-density data center patching
• Backbone connections in enterprise networks

Good to know

OM3 fiber supports 10 Gbps up to 300 meters at 850 nm, so this 30-meter cable operates well within specification. The cable is duplex, meaning two fibers are bonded together for bidirectional communication.
