ACT Avorio 1,5 metri cavo patch U/UTP CAT6A con protezione antikink e connettori RJ45

The ACT Ivory 1.5m U/UTP CAT6A patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is designed for reliable connections in structured network environments. It has a 1.5 meter cable length, U/UTP (unshielded/untwisted pair) topology suitable for CAT6A performance, and standard RJ45 connectors on both ends. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and reduce corrosion, while the ivory outer sheath provides a neutral appearance for office or home installations.

Advantages

This CAT6A patch cable offers high-frequency performance consistent with category 6A specifications, enabling support for high data rates and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. The snagless RJ45 boots protect the connector clip from catching during installation in tight spaces and help prevent accidental unplugging. Gold-plated contacts deliver stable signal transmission and increased contact longevity, and the 1.5 m length balances reach with tidy cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels within racks or wall outlets
• Desk-to-wall Ethernet connections for PCs, VoIP phones and IP cameras
• Temporary or permanent in-room network extensions where a 1.5 m length is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP CAT6A
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Product colour: Ivory
• Boot style: snagless (clip-protecting boot)

How to use

Route the ACT CAT6A patch cable between devices ensuring no sharp bends or excessive tension on the cable. Insert each RJ45 connector fully into the corresponding Ethernet port until the clip engages. For installations in patch panels or dense cable trays, use the snagless boots to ease movement without catching. If removing the cable, depress the connector clip and pull straight out to avoid damaging the plug or the port.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to sources of electromagnetic interference such as mains power lines or large motors. Maintain gentle bend radii and avoid kinking. Use the 1.5 m length for short connections inside racks, under desks or between nearby networked devices to minimize excess slack and improve airflow around equipment.
