ACT Avorio 3 metri U/UTP CAT6A cavo patch con protezione antikink e connettori RJ45

The ACT Ivory 3 meter U/UTP CAT6A patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a network cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections over a short to medium distance. The cable supports CAT6A performance levels and features snagless RJ45 plugs with gold-plated contacts. Its U/UTP (unshielded/overall shield) design reduces external interference while maintaining flexibility, and the 3 m length is suitable for desktop, rack-to-desk, and home networking runs. The ivory color provides a neutral appearance that integrates into residential and office environments.

Advantages

This CAT6A patch cable delivers reliable data transmission for gigabit and multi-gigabit networks, with gold-plated contacts that improve conductivity and resist corrosion. The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the plug latch during installation and removal, reducing the risk of damage. The U/UTP construction helps limit electromagnetic interference from nearby cables and devices while keeping the cable pliable for neat routing. The 3 m length offers a balance between reach and minimal signal degradation in typical LAN setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches, routers and patch panels within office or home networks
• Short to medium-length runs in server rooms and data closets where CAT6A performance is required
• Upgrading existing CAT5e/CAT6 links to support higher throughput and future-proofing

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6A performance class
• Cable type: U/UTP (unshielded pairs with overall shield)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless design
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Color: Ivory

How to use

Route the patch cable between network ports on devices such as switches, routers, patch panels and computers, avoiding sharp bends and tight kinks. Align the RJ45 plug with the device socket and insert until the latch engages. For removals, depress the latch and pull straight out to avoid damaging the connector. When installing multiple cables, maintain tidy cable management to preserve airflow and reduce electromagnetic coupling between runs.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this CAT6A cable for connections up to 3 m in structured cabling environments and keep the cable away from high-power electrical sources. Test connections with network testing tools after installation to verify link speed and signal integrity.
