ACT cavo patch in fibra ottica multimodale 50/125 OM3 duplex corazzato 10 m con connettori LC

The ACT 10 meter multimode 50/125 OM3 duplex armored fiber patch cable with LC connectors is designed for environments where cables face mechanical stress, crushing or exposure to harsh conditions. The metal armor around the duplex multimode fiber offers enhanced physical protection while maintaining full-duplex high-speed data transmission over a 50 µm core diameter, suitable for OM3 multimode networks.

Advantages

Armored construction provides superior protection against crushing, rodents and abrasion compared with standard patchcords. Duplex OM3 multimode fibers with LC connectors deliver reliable, low-loss connections for short- to medium-range high-bandwidth links. The 10 meter length balances reach and manageability in rack, industrial or outdoor installations.

How to use

Route the armored patch cable through the intended pathway, avoiding sharp bends and ensuring bend radius recommendations for OM3 multimode fiber are respected. Connect LC duplex connectors into matching LC ports on transceivers or patch panels, securing any strain relief or cable management hardware. Confirm link operation and signal quality with standard fiber test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Use armored patchcords where mechanical protection is required; avoid repeated flexing and tight bends at the armor ends. For indoor patching in protected cabinets, consider standard non-armored OM3 patchcords if extra armor is unnecessary.
