ACT cavo patch U/UTP CAT6 marrone 0,5 metri con connettori RJ45

Patch cable ACT Brown 0.5 meter U/UTP CAT6 with RJ45 connectors is a short Ethernet cable designed to connect network equipment over short distances. It uses four twisted pairs in U/UTP Cat6 construction and features molded RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts for stable signal transmission. The 0.5 m length reduces cable clutter and is suited for connecting devices in close proximity.

Advantages

The cable provides Cat6 performance for high-speed data transfer while remaining compact and easy to route. Gold-plated contacts (50 µ) on the RJ-45 connectors improve corrosion resistance and contact reliability. PVC sheath offers basic mechanical protection and flexibility for indoor use.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home or office setups
• Patch panels and network racks where short interconnects are needed
• Workstations, AV equipment and networked peripherals located near each other

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 (U/UTP)
• Length: 0.5 meter
• Conductor size: AWG 24
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contact plating: 50 µ gold
• Sheath material: PVC

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of each device until the latch clicks. Ensure the cable is not tightly bent near the connector and avoid routing it through sharp edges. For reliable connections, check that both ends are fully seated and that the connected devices are powered on and configured for the intended network.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Cat6 patch cable for short links inside racks, desktop setups or behind AV furniture. Avoid outdoor exposure and prolonged bending beyond manufacturer bending radius. For longer runs or environments requiring enhanced shielding, select a higher-spec or shielded cable.
