ACT Cavo patch U/UTP CAT6A arancione 0,5 metri, senza linguetta con connettori RJ45

The ACT Orange 0.5m U/UTP CAT6A patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors provides a compact, high-performance connection for network equipment. The cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology and features gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transmission. Its 0.5 meter length is suited for short runs and tight spaces, and the bright orange jacket improves visual identification within structured cabling or home office setups.

Advantages

This CAT6A U/UTP patch cable delivers consistent data transfer rates for gigabit Ethernet applications and reduces connection wear thanks to gold-plated contacts. The snagless RJ45 boots protect the latch during installation and removal, lowering the risk of accidental unplugging or clip damage. The compact 0.5 m length minimizes cable clutter while the orange color makes it easy to trace and manage within cable bundles.

Suitable for

• Short connections between network devices in racks and patch panels
• Desktop or home office connections where space is limited
• Cable runs that require clear visual identification of network segments
• Temporary or permanent setups in small networking closets

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45 (snagless boots)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Color: Orange

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks into place. Use the 0.5 m cable to connect switches, patch panels, routers or network interface cards where short, direct connections are required. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors; maintain gentle curves to preserve signal integrity. When removing the cable, depress the snagless boot to release the latch and pull the connector straight out to avoid stressing the plug.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid running it parallel to power cables. Use the orange color to mark specific network segments or device groups for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.
