ACT grigio 0,5 m cavo patch SFTP CAT6A con protezione linguetta e connettori RJ45

The ACT Grey 0.5m SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a shielded network cable designed for high-speed data transmission. It features full copper AWG#26 conductors and 50µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts to ensure reliable signal transfer and reduced corrosion. The cable uses S/FTP shielding to minimize electromagnetic interference and comes with snagless RJ-45 connectors in a compact 0.5 m length, suitable for close-proximity device connections in home and office networks.

Advantages

Full copper AWG#26 wires provide consistent conductivity and lower attenuation compared with thinner conductors. 50µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve contact reliability and resistance to oxidation. S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, helping maintain signal integrity at CAT6A speeds. Snagless connectors protect the plug latch during installation and removal.

Suitable for

• Short-distance connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• Home networking where space behind equipment is limited
• Office desk connections for workstations and VoIP phones

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on your switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable without sharp bends; maintain the natural bend radius to avoid damaging the internal pairs or shielding. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m CAT6A SFTP cable for short, high-quality links where shielding and contact durability matter—such as patch panels, switch uplinks in dense racks, or desktop connections near network equipment.
