ACT grigio 10 metri LSZH SFTP CAT6A cavo patch protezione linguetta con connettori RJ45

The ACT Grey 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (FB7010) is a 10 m network cable designed for high-speed data transmission in indoor environments. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable signal transfer. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket limits smoke and halogen gas release in case of fire, making the cable suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces.

Advantages

The LSZH jacket reduces the risk of toxic gas concentration during fire incidents while the S/FTP construction improves protection against external interference. Snagless RJ45 connectors prevent latch damage during installation and gold-plated contacts ensure consistent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The 10 m length provides flexibility for typical office and home networking setups.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in offices and homes
• Network runs in confined or poorly ventilated areas (e.g., vehicle interiors, equipment cabinets)
• High-speed CAT6A applications requiring enhanced shielding
• Patch panels and switches with RJ45 ports

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (switch, router or patch panel) and the other connector to the target device (computer, access point or another switch). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; maintain minimum bend radius recommended for CAT6A cables to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

Use the patch cable indoors and in areas where reduced smoke emission is important. Avoid installing the cable outdoors or in direct sunlight. For runs requiring longer lengths or permanent in-wall installation, verify local fire codes and consider cables specifically rated for that installation type.
