How to use

Terminate the cable by inserting the RJ45 plug into the device or patch panel port until the latch clicks. Route the slimline cable through the rack or cabinet cable paths, keeping bend radii within recommended limits for CAT6. For PoE deployments, follow bundle size guidance to avoid overheating: limit bundled cables to recommended amounts and avoid tightly packed, poorly ventilated bundles.

Recommendations

Although industry standards commonly specify 22–26 AWG for patch cords, this slimline product uses a reduced conductor profile consistent with slim 28 AWG constructions, which increases attenuation at higher frequencies.
