ACT nero 20 metri SFTP CAT6A cavo patch snagless con connettori RJ45

The ACT Black 20 meter SFTP CAT6A patch cable snagless with RJ45 connectors is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed network connections over longer distances. Its S/FTP construction and full copper conductors support reliable data transmission while minimizing electromagnetic interference. The cable is finished in black and fitted with gold-plated RJ45 contacts and snagless boots for secure, low-profile connections suitable for professional and home networking setups.

Advantages

The cable uses full copper AWG#26 conductors and a shielded S/FTP structure to provide stable signal integrity and reduced crosstalk. Gold-plated 50µ RJ45 contacts enhance contact reliability and resist corrosion for long-term performance. The snagless boot design protects the connector clip during installation and removal and helps prevent accidental unplugging in tight cable runs. Each cable is factory tested for quality and follows ACT specifications verified by an independent certification institute.

Suitable for

• Wired network connections between routers, switches and servers
• Connecting desktop PCs, workstations and NAS devices in offices or home environments
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, video conferencing and large file transfers
• Structured cabling runs where shielding and reduced interference are required

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6A (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Conductor: Solid full copper, AWG 26
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45
• Contact plating: 50 µin gold on RJ45 contacts
• Length: 20 m
• Colour: Black
• Boot: Snagless protective boot on connectors
• Testing: 100% factory tested for performance

How to use

Route the cable between network devices avoiding sharp bends and pinch points to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. Insert RJ45 connectors into the Ethernet ports until the clip engages; the snagless boot reduces the risk of clip damage during installation. For best performance, keep SFTP cable runs separate from high-voltage power lines and maintain recommended bend radius. If connecting to patch panels or keystone jacks, ensure proper termination and strain relief at both ends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in high-density or electromagnetically noisy environments, use the S/FTP CAT6A cable for critical links such as server uplinks or backbone segments. Perform continuity and performance testing after installation and avoid routing parallel to mains power to reduce interference.
