ACT passacavi con spazzola e 5 anelli in plastica 1U

The ACT Cable pass-through with brush ACT FA2077 1U is a metal cable entry panel designed to organize and protect cable runs within a 1U rack space. Finished in black and supplied with five plastic rings, the unit provides a brush-sealed opening that permits cables to pass while reducing dust and debris ingress. With a specified depth of 7650 mm, this pass-through is intended to support tidy cable routing in server rooms, telecommunications cabinets and data center racks.

Advantages

The metal construction ensures mechanical durability and stable mounting in a standard 1U rack position. The brush insert allows flexible cable movement while minimizing airflow disruption and limiting the entry of dust. Inclusion of five plastic rings helps organize cable bundles and prevents chafing at the panel edge. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with typical rack equipment.

How to use

Install the pass-through into an available 1U position in the rack using standard rack screws. Route cables through the brush opening and, where appropriate, position the supplied plastic rings around cable bundles to maintain separation and reduce wear on jackets. Ensure that cable terminations remain accessible and that the brush bristles are not excessively compressed to preserve dust-sealing performance.

Recommendations

For effective cable management, group cables by function before routing them through the panel and use the plastic rings to stabilize bundles. Avoid forcing large cable bundles through the brush; if necessary, use multiple pass-through units or split bundles to prevent damage to connectors and maintain airflow in the rack cabinet.
