BOPLA custodia universale policarbonato grigio chiaro 240 x 120 x 100 mm M 242 (02242000)

The BOPLA M 242 universal enclosure offers a spacious 240 x 120 x 100 mm interior in light grey polycarbonate, combining high impact strength with a clean, machinable design. Unlike many generic boxes, its smooth walls and internal screw bosses allow easy customization for industrial controls, sensors, and automation modules.

Highlights

• Polycarbonate body rated IK08 for impact resistance
• IP65 sealing with polyurethane gasket and stainless steel lid screws
• Halogen-free, self-extinguishing material (UL 94 V-2)
• Wall-mountable via external brackets or internal channels
• Wide operating range from -40 °C to +100 °C

In daily use

Four stainless steel screws secure the lid, compressing the PU gasket to keep out dust and water jets. The light grey RAL 7035 finish resists UV and many chemicals, while the smooth surfaces simplify drilling for cable glands or connectors. Internal screw bosses accept mounting plates or DIN rails, making the enclosure ready for electrical installations in harsh environments.
