Secure the brush firmly, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves, hearing protection) and operate the grinder at the recommended speed. Apply light to moderate pressure and move the brush evenly across the surface to remove coatings, rust or to roughen metal until the desired finish is achieved.

Recommendations

Use the brush for light to medium duty tasks on medium to large metal and non‑ferrous metal surfaces. Avoid excessive pressure and do not use on delicate or thin materials where wire contact could cause damage. Inspect the brush before each use and replace it if wires are excessively worn or damaged.
