Busta per spedizione imbottita MAILmedia busta campione 120 g/m², 2x rigata, 3 fori, 50 mm marrone

MAILmedia Musterbeutel 120 g/m² is a padded mailing bag constructed from durable 120 g/m² paper with two ribbed reinforcements and an integrated padding layer. The bag includes three punched holes and a 50 mm flap that facilitates secure sealing and convenient filing. It is designed for shipping samples, documents and small items while providing added protection and easy handling throughout packing and transit.

Advantages

The combination of 120 g/m² paper and two ribbed reinforcements increases tear resistance and improves edge stability, reducing the risk of damage in handling. The internal padding cushions contents against shocks and abrasion. Three punched holes allow for quick filing in ring binders or document storage without additional punching. A 50 mm flap offers sufficient area for reliable adhesive closure, ensuring packages remain closed during transport.

Suitable for

• Mailing product samples and small promotional items
• Sending documents, certificates and photographs
• Protecting fragile small parts or flat components during transit
• Storage and filing of materials using existing binder systems

Key specifications

• Material: paper outer layer with internal padding
• Paper weight: 120 g/m²
• Reinforcements: two ribbed edge reinforcements for added strength
• Holes: three punched holes suitable for binder filing
• Flap width: 50 mm for adhesive sealing

How to use

Place the item to be shipped inside the padded bag, ensuring it lies flat and centered over the padding. Fold the 50 mm flap over the opening and apply appropriate adhesive tape or self-seal strip if available; press firmly along the flap to secure the closure. If filing is required, align the three punched holes with your binder rings or archiving system and insert accordingly. For heavier or irregular items, add supplementary padding or outer protection as needed.

Recommendations

Use these mailing bags for lightweight or flat contents up to the recommended size and weight for best protection. For very fragile or heavy items, combine with additional cushioning or a rigid outer carton. Store bags in a dry environment to preserve paper strength and adhesive performance.
