Canalina portacavi DELOCK 22029 40×40 mm, lunghezza 1 m, grigio

Rigid wiring channel DELOCK 22029 40×40 mm, length 1 m, grey is a surface-mounted trunking element designed to route and protect electrical cables and wires in residential and commercial interiors. The trunking provides a consistent 40×40 mm internal cross-section across its 1 m length, enabling neat cable management for power, data and AV installations. Constructed for wall mounting, the grey finish blends with typical interior surfaces and allows integration with compatible fittings and covers for a clean installation.

Advantages

The DELOCK 22029 wiring channel offers a rigid profile for stable, long-lasting cable routing and protection against mechanical damage. Its 40×40 mm internal space accommodates multiple conductors and small cable bundles while allowing access for maintenance. The 1 m length reduces the number of joints in runs and speeds up installation. The neutral grey colour supports discreet placement in many environments and the product is compatible with standard surface-mount accessories for flexible layout options.

Suitable for

• Routing power, data, and audiovisual cables along walls in homes and offices
• Protecting wiring in corridors, utility rooms, and commercial spaces
• Creating organized cable runs where in-wall installation is not possible
• Straightforward retrofitting and extension of existing cable routes

Key specifications

• Internal cross-section: 40 × 40 mm
• Length: 1 m
• Colour: grey
• Profile: rigid surface-mounted trunking
• Suitable for wall mounting and integration with compatible covers and fittings

How to use

Measure and mark the intended run on the mounting surface, taking into account cable bend radii and joining points. Cut the trunking to length with a suitable saw if necessary, and fit end pieces or connectors where runs change direction or join. Fasten the wiring channel to the wall using appropriate screws or anchors for the substrate. Lay cables inside the channel, maintaining separation between power and data cables if required by local regulations, then secure the cover to complete the installation. For long runs, plan intermediate support and access points to facilitate future maintenance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface and observe local electrical codes regarding separation, earthing, and cable types. Avoid overfilling the channel to maintain ventilation and allow safe cable removal or addition. Combine with compatible DELOCK covers and accessories to ensure a consistent finish and reliable mechanical protection.
