Constructed from high-quality metal with a green finish, this hand truck balances load capacity and maneuverability. Its overall dimensions—681 mm width, 235 mm depth and 955 mm height—provide a stable footprint while remaining easy to store and move. The design focuses on durability, simple handling and reliable performance for everyday material handling tasks.

Advantages

This metal hand truck offers a durable construction that resists deformation under repeated use, providing long service life in industrial and commercial environments. The compact size and calculated depth give good access in tight areas while maintaining stability for heavier loads. A metal frame ensures consistent performance and easier maintenance compared with some lighter materials. The green finish adds corrosion resistance and makes the unit easy to identify among other equipment.

How to use

Place the hand truck on a flat surface and tilt the load toward the back plate so it rests securely against the frame. Hold the handles firmly and tilt the unit back to transfer the load weight onto the wheels. Move with a controlled posture, keeping your back straight and using leg muscles for pushing or pulling. When unloading, carefully lower the frame and slide the load off the toe plate. Regularly check fastenings and the condition of wheels before use.

Recommendations

Use the DeWALT metal hand truck with loads appropriate to its size and construction; distribute weight evenly on the plate and avoid overloading beyond the manufacturer's intended capacity. For prolonged use, inspect the frame and wheels periodically, store the hand truck in a dry place to protect the finish, and use suitable protective equipment when handling heavy items.
